Shipping policy

At Prairie Rose, we carefully package and ship each order with care. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Prairie Rose is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. Prairie Rose is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been transferred to the carrier.
